Model Stasiya Maria is suing Chris Brown, claiming
his modeling agency took photos of her and is now
using her image without having paying her a
 penny.
In other news ... Chris Brown has a modeling
agency. Stasiya Maria claims she was invited to a test shoot
for the agency, Legendary Faces, on March 21.
This
meeting, she says, turned into a giant casting call. She says she had no idea what was going on, but played along just the same, posing for a few bikini photos with other girls in lingerie.
Modeling work. However, Maria claims she never signed a release. This has become an issue because she's now
featured in two Instagram promotional videos the
company produced, essentially marketing them for
 free.
Maria's lawyer fired off a letter to Chris Brown's
company, demanding it take the videos down
immediately or she will follow through with a
lawsuit.
Legendary Faces had no comment on the matter ...
most likely because the face of the company is traveling on Con Air to D.C. to face trial for assault. Tends to throw a wrench into a lot of PR efforts.
