Blue Ivy says she's shy

We're really skeptical about this story, so take it with a grain of salt…

According to Page Six, a mother and her 3-year- old daughter bumped into Beyonce, Jay Z and
Blue Ivy at Ralph Lauren in East Hamptons where Blue Ivy allegedly told the youngster,
"she's shy."

A witness, who Page Six calls an "East End spy" told the gossip mag, the mother heard her daughter talking to someone and "when she looked over to see who it was, her daughter was speaking with Blue Ivy and Beyoncé."

Jay Z then joined the conversation, and "couldn't
have been nicer, asking the other girl how old she was," the source added.
Uhm…sureee.
