The 18-year-bold fashion model and reality star has just plunked down nearly $1.4 million dollars for own condo in an upscale neighborhood of Los Angeles, TMZ reports.
The website says Jenner, who just returned from Europe to attend her big sister Kim Kardashian 's wedding to Kanye West , recently purchased a 2- bedroom, 2.5 bath condo in a high-rise building near Westwood in LA.
The Keeping Up With the Kardashians star reportedly spent $1,399,000, and Kendall's first crib sounds pretty impressive.
The complex features a 24-hour valet service, a fitness center, heated pool, a concierge and all- new Subzero and Viking appliances.
Kendall's mortgage on the property is reportedly $910,000.
The realtor who sold Kendall the condo is none other than Real Housewives' Kyle Richards' daughter, Farrah Aldjufrie.
