Wiz Khalifa gets arrested and takes a jail selfie

Wiz Khalifa reportedly got hemmed up for weed early Sunday morning.

Taylor Gang's captain was arrested at an airport in El Paso, Texas after authorities discovered the dope during a TSA search.

While in custody, Wiz somehow retained his phone, which he used to send out a couple of tweets with the message #FreeTrapWiz and including two photos of his then current surroundings.

With it being 2014 and all, Wiz did what every self-respecting social media would dov– he posted a selfie.

The good news for fans is going to the pokey has spurred Wiz's desire to release 28 Grams asap sual.

In a subsequent tweet he wrote "I wanna drop 28 Grams but they got me locked up. Soon as I get out, the tapes comin out."

Obviously, there's no such thing as bad publicity but definitely smart thinking to turn a negative into a positive as well as spin attention as well.
