a thorough pursuit and a short-time incarceration
aiming at shaving their heads.
Many people, in Hay Hassani, Oulfa, and Old Medina,
in Casablanca, were surprised by the unusual
number of police officers bunching up around
Casablanca's streets.
At the beginning, most people thought the
Moroccan authorities were after a "Heavy criminal".
Yet, afterwards, they've noticed the authorities only
arresting youth with "Tcharmil" haircuts, before
releasing them with a brand new haircut.
They all got a new look for free.
